How long does delivery take?: Standard: Discreet delivery by USPS Ground Advantage in 2-5 business days. Express: Discreet delivery by USPS Priority Mail in 1-3 business days. Orders ship within 24 hours on business days.
How much is shipping?: Standard shipping is free on orders over $100. Below that, and for express, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship?: Hemp-derived products ship where permitted by state law. Check your local laws before ordering.
Is the packaging discreet?: Yes. Orders ship in plain, smell-proof packaging with no brand name on the outside. The sender shows as our fulfillment partner.
Can I return an order?: All sales are final, so we do not take returns for a change of mind or personal preference. If something is wrong with a website order, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out. Do not send anything back without our go-ahead. Products bought from a retailer or another site need to go back to where you bought them. Full details are in our Refund policy.
My parcel is late, damaged or missing. What now?: Email orders@shopzazilla.com with your order number in the subject line. For a damaged, incomplete or incorrect delivery, write on the day it arrives and include photos of the products, the outer box and the packing slip. We're active Sunday to Friday and usually reply the same day, always within 24 hours.
