Accessibility
Last reviewed October 2026
ZaZilla wants every adult to be able to browse, learn and order on www.shopzazilla.com, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the storefront, and we treat accessibility as part of quality, not a separate project.
Conformance status
The storefront is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. "Partially conformant" means that most of the content meets the standard and that the exceptions are listed under known limitations below. We review the whole storefront against the guidelines before each major release and fix regressions as they are reported.
What we do
We build the storefront with semantic HTML, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, text that scales with your browser settings, keyboard access to every control and labels on every form field. Animation respects your system's reduced-motion setting. Product images carry descriptive alternative text and lab results are published as searchable text, not only as images.
Our policy pages, including this one, have a section outline so you can jump straight to the part you need, and headings land below the sticky header so nothing is hidden when you arrive.
Compatibility
The storefront is designed to work with the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile, together with the screen readers built into those platforms. It is not designed for Internet Explorer. Every page and policy remains readable with JavaScript disabled, although adding to cart and checking out require it.
Known limitations
Some certificates of analysis are provided by third-party labs as PDFs that may not be fully tagged. If you need the results from a certificate in another format, email us and we will send them.
Parts of checkout are provided by our payment processor, whose interface we cannot change directly. Tell us if you hit a barrier there and we will pass it on and help you complete your order another way.
Assessment approach
We assess accessibility through self-evaluation by the team that builds the storefront: keyboard-only walkthroughs, screen reader checks and automated audits run before each release. We do not currently hold a third-party audit certificate.
Feedback
If you run into anything on the Site that is hard to use, email orders@shopzazilla.com with the page address, the browser or assistive technology you were using and a short description of what happened. We read every report and reply within 24 hours on business days.
